I moved to Charlotte in 2010 from the other Queen City: Buffalo, New York. A great incubator to build an interest in design, it was here that at an early age I became fascinated with homes, sketching facades and re-configuring floor plans on graph paper. I’d scoop up the free real estate magazines from Wegmans Food Market and peruse the photos and read the home’s selling points. This led me to study Interior Design, a love for home + design married, perfect! Unfortunately, I was kicking off my career in 2008. Fate stepped in and I landed a role in a high demand area at the time, home loan modifications. I wasn’t helping create a dream home, but rather save it. This path allowed me to relocate to Charlotte. In 2015, I craved a smaller work atmosphere and went into business with my husband. It was here that I learned to juggle many moving parts and wear many hats. Getting back to my roots was calling, and I am so glad to be in real estate.
I fell in love with Charlotte immediately. What is not to love? An exciting, growing, energetic metropolitan. But when the need to recharge strikes, we are just a short drive to the mountains or the coast. When I am not immersing in all things real estate, I enjoy spending time with my husband, our dachshund, family & friends, scooping new restaurants and breweries, or exploring close by towns. My love for Charlotte grew further from my bike all around town, getting into the nooks and crannies of each neighborhood and seeing in detail the eclectic blend of home styles. Whether you’re looking for a craftsman bungalow, mid century ranch, or something brand new, this city has a neighborhood you can call home.
Real estate has always been a passion of mine. Every day is different, and I get to be a forever learner. I am excited to have come full circle in my career: from helping people design, to helping people save their homes, to now helping people find and sell homes. With my interior design background, I can prepare sellers to get their home in top listing shape, and help buyers see potential in a home. Whether you are buying, selling, or looking for an investment, I’d love to be your partner on this journey. No question is too big or small, and I am excited to share my knowledge and be your expert. Let’s grab coffee and talk!
